• All images should be in CMYK or grayscale – never in RGB
• All fonts should be included for all the files
• All linked/embedded files and images are included
• Resolution for all images needs to be at least 300 dpi
• Native files are essential for a faster and more efficient production time
• Make sure Trim sizes are correct
• Ensure the Bleed is set to 1/8″
